Color difference of water stickers

Water transfer printing and water stickers belong to the combination of silk screen printing and offset printing. Color has always been the most important concern of customers. Why can't we do 100% color with customers? The answer is: impossible.
There are many factors that cause color difference, so it's better to list a few items for you to see, or to avoid them according to the situation
1. The parameters of water stickers' production files and customer files are wrong, which has harmed many people. Generally, it's right to get the customer files and customer files and print them directly. However, in the second printing, we must check the difference between the first sample file and the customer file, and then change the file parameters from the computer, so as to control the large color difference again.
2. Water transfer stickers are usually screen printed with transparent surface oil when the color is completely dry after printing. The surface oil is not pure transparent, it will deepen the red and yellow degree of the color after printing on the color surface. Because of the chemical materials, the transparency of the dough oil is the same every time. The thickness and concentration of the oil are different, the storage time and the printing temperature of the oil are different, which affect the depth of the color.
3. Another problem of color difference is the cause of color printing machine's register. Offset printing machine uses CMYK four primary colors (i.e. blue, red, yellow and black base color) to register the effect. If the tone of each primary color is not in place, it will cause color difference in the overall effect. That is to say, each primary color of CMYK will not be in place. Therefore, when printing on the machine, the color difference may be red, yellow, blue and black, No one can completely control it.
4. This one is spot color difference, which has nothing to do with the above three items. The color difference of spot color water stickers is mainly related to the technical personnel of color matching, and the other is related to color cards. Every international color card has a small color difference, so the spot color difference is the smallest.
