According to the required pattern, the computer processes it and then outputs the negative to make the printing plate. Then the various color patterns are printed on the water transfer backing paper (the specially treated paper does not need to be processed), and the cover oil is printed on the printed backing paper. Another method is to use the color laser printer to print the pattern directly on the water transfer backing paper and then carry out the water transfer printing.
2. Soak the paper. Put the printed paper into water, soak it for 30s, and then take it out of the water. It can be transported by sliding. Note that the soaking time is not too long, otherwise it will dissolve the glue on the surface of the paper
3. Pattern transfer. First, the surface of the object to be pasted is treated, then the soaked paper is transferred to it, and then the excess water is scraped off and dried.
4. Drying. Put metal, ceramic, glass and other items into the oven for 140 minutes; Bake plastic articles at 70 ℃ for 60min; Candles, helmets or reinforced glass are not baked.
5. Finished product. Spray a layer of transparent varnish on the baked product surface, and dry it for 12 hours, so that the surface and decoration can be permanently combined. If this project is not done, it is OK, but the fastness is not good
